Hey there! my blog has been migrated to jayrajsinhchavda.wordpress.com I will be writing about the same things but at a new address. See you there. Namaste!
Despite its barrenness, the Moon has been a fixation for humans since the origin of our species. I have been following the Moon cycle for a very long time. I am by nature crepuscular. Twilight is and always has been my favorite time of day, so I'm more attracted to the Moon because it reminds me of the beauty one can bring even in the darkest of moments. The moon for me brings feelings of whimsy, mystery and serenity. Also, I lean more towards 'Night Owl' than 'Early Bird,' in terms of my sleep schedule. Moon brings out a dark creativity in me which is very seductive. My imagination runs wild in the moon light. Alignment of planets and wonders of the night sky fascinates me and makes me think about all the magical wonders that make up the universe.
'Dark Side of the Moon' by "Pink Floyd" has been my favorite album of all time. I love patterns and the changing face of the Moon. The time of the full moon represents the time that the male and female energies (animus and anima) are at their most distant, and, yet, this is the time when they can most clearly see each other. The full moon is, therefore, a time of projection - we often project onto others, onto things, onto events, those things that we think we see outside of ourselves, we really these energies are inside of us.
My interests in space exploration and spirituality has taken me to a new journey and that is FULL MOON PROJECT. I will be capturing each full moon and will be posting here on my blog, throughout the year or may be lifetime. With photograph comes Native Wisdom for Moon Gazers. Many human cultures have given names to the full moon throughout the year. Different full moon names can be found among the Chinese, Celtic, Old English, and New Guinea cultures, to name a few. In addition, Native American tribes often used moon phases and cycles to keep track of the seasons and gave a unique name to each recurring full moon. The full moon names were used to identify the entire month during which each occurred. Native American full moon names were established by eastern and northern tribes such as the Algonquin and the Iroquois Confederacy. Although many Native American Tribes gave distinct names to the full moon, the most well known names of the full moon come from the Algonquin tribes. The Algonquin tribes had perhaps the greatest effect on the early European settlers in America, and the settlers adopted the Native American habit of naming the moons. They even invented some of their own names that have been passed down through time. Consider the month in which you were born, and liken it to the Native American full moon names. Perhaps you can resonate with some of the symbolic meanings our Native lineage identified with. We can use these symbolic monthly-markers as a method of self-exploration, growth and grounding. Take the time to step into the sacredness each month provides in the glory of her own fullest moon. Better yet, take a few moments to honor the full moon as she reveals herself each month. In doing this, we gain expanded awareness - widening our psychic view to a broader setting.
First full moon of this year will take place on January 23rd or early morning on the 24th depending on your time zone. When things are down and out, they can’t remain like that forever. This Full Moon is going to be the point where we can turn things around. It’ll be something to look forward to since it’ll give off some much needed positive vibes. Here's to more magic! Namaste.

The technician is science fiction play that attempts to answer the question Your lives are controlled by someone. The play is based on thought recording and reproduction device that gives you ability to access somebody’s thoughts. Inspired by Luigi Pirandello and his 'Six Characters in Search of an Author', The Technician focuses on characters broken out of their 'scene' by a stage lighting change instigated by the mysterious technician running the show.
The technician is thus scientific and philosophical, physical and illusive, all the same time. The play makes used the unique elements of illusions, while incorporating the music and body movements of the characters and characters into structure and performance. It is a complex metaphor for the
expression of the theatre.
The set is symbolic and illusive that no one can define where they are actually. Lights is like the heart beats of the characters. And movements and music is incorporated properly from start to end. But the biggest responsibilities lies with the actors to bring to the surface the underlying tensions and conflicts generated by the simultaneous presence of the reality and falsehood in the mind.
Here, the characters experience the theatrical devices and gets completely surprised by the magic of lights and music arrangements. The performance reflects the process of discovering oneself, and the same time, making contact with theatrical devices.
Watch this play to know the fundamentals of theatre!
Its been a while I have't posted anything. well It's because i was working on something.
something which was in my mind since long. One year ago I dropped my theater studies halfway, because the play i wrote was not a theatre piece according to jury and it created a mess in the system. my faculties thought theater is not my cup of tea. so It took me eight months to cook my cup of tea, however the taste may differ compared to my last play but It will make everything clear, what's in my mind and what in their. I wanted to come back to theater, but not with empty hands. so here's is something to be back with.
Presenting you, The Technician - A one act play
I wanted to write a theater piece since so long, but i was not getting the proper subject in my mind. Being a techno savvy artist finally I decided to write something on technical device. In the way of research I came across thought recording and reproduction device. After a bit of discussion with
field experts finally I dared to write a science fiction play.
I don’t read too much but I am influenced by Hollywood cinema and i always looking forward to create something beyond imagination. In the starting phase i faced lot of problems in writing a play. I did some research to know more about different kinds of structures. during the research i came across illusions and illusive writings which was kind of my type of writing. Then i tried to create illusion through two character’s paradoxical views and situations. I pre-vizulize the scene with the flow of music, because music inspires me to write and design the scene, eventually i started composing and arranging music.
I have great faith in my script, I hope this play will change your perception about theatre!
Since last two years I have been breathing and living theatre, I had privilege of working with various kinds of directors. performed more than 70 plays. I am so happy, I have arrived in third year of my theatre study and now it's my time to direct a play. I have been waiting for this since so long. Now I am stepping into theatre direction. let see how it goes.
Here is my first attempt at playwriting. Presenting you Play The Music - A One Act Play
We will be performing this play as a part of my practical exams. those who are interested to watch this play, leave me a message.
The film 'Death of Dreams is about the struggle of the people to make their dreams true. Sapna, a girl living in slum with lot of dreams, tiled to death. A young filmmaker provokes the snoring civilians and meets his final destination.
I have recently read an article in a newspaper. It left me with a lot of questions. so I started writing on it. to find my answers.. within myself, within this society.. within this world.
Indian Filmmaker, Theatre Arts Graduate, Music Producer, Writer, Film Editor, Anthropologist, Video Journalist, Environmentalist, Free Spirit, Hippie by Heart.
I did my bachelors in Performing Arts (Theatre Arts) and consistently pursuing the calling of my dreams and vision, making films, rather, the creative aspects of filmmaking. Theatre also holds a huge piece of my heart, so I love spending my time either on a set, or on a stage.
I am interested to make thought provoking cinema, films which is highly visual, grand, epic, cinematic style, with unconventional narrative structures breaking form, blending reality and imagination, fantasy, dreams, scientific, philosophical, metaphysical and humanistic ideas. What I make reflects my experiences in life, my emotions, my feelings about certain things, my stories and of course, the many worlds that reside in my imagination. So when I say "I make films" it just means that I am manifesting bits and pieces of me in a motion. What I write is simply an overflow of interactions I have with the brokenness of the human condition. Some of it comes in dreams, other times it emerges from seasons of sorrow, humiliation, warfare, joy and pain. I am endlessly creating myself with nothing but peace, positivity, and good vibes. I Have been living quite of nomadic-hippie lifestyle.
